Fixed CKEditor stuff:

- Added missing insertpre plugin and allow <pre> tag with class
attribute. Added font style to base.css.
- Removed unused link to old ckeditor.css (now managed by
django-ckeditor).

Mark HTML fields as 'safe' in the template
