feat: Kontaktformular von Homepage auf "Was wir tun" verlegt. WIP: FAQ auf homepage. 

Enthält Fix dafür, dass ohne JS nur ein Teil des Kontaktformulars ausgeblendet wird, was das Layout zerschießt.
