As a Genossenschaft we want to be able to Match skill requirements from an external contract to the skills of our Members.
Therefore we should evaluate which predefined metrics we can use for such a matching.

F.e.
Skill: iOS development
Experience level: 5y
Skill: NixOS
Experience Level: 1337
Skill: Social
Experience Level: -15

A WTF recruiter can select the person/sheet based on a specific skill level, to be forwarded to the client.

PDF export should be possible.
