Vorschlag für andere Cacheing-Regeln für den nginx. Die index.html wird nicht gecached, die JS und CSS hingegen schon.

Damit sollen Änderungen im Frontend beim nächsten Laden der Seite ohne harten Reload verfügbar sein.
