libulfius API for rgncycle

preparation

sudo apt install make --no-install-recommends
sudo apt install build-essential --no-install-recommends
sudo apt install libulfius-dev --no-install-recommends
sudo apt install libconfig-dev --no-install-recommends

test API

  • test
curl -X GET http://<host>:<port>/hello
  • create
